Flint Publishing Plans

Reaching the potential audience of your book depends on the publishing plan you choose. Our most comprehensive plans connect you to a vast network of over 40 top publishing platforms, independent bookstores, online retailers, and chain stores globally. Our connections are distributors, not retailers, so there is no conflict of interest.

Below are links to four website articles that are on self-publishing options and costs. Yes, we are giving you links to our competition but we want authors who choose us based on knowledge and not just because we showed up in a search. They are provided here for your knowledge.

We are not recommending these self-publishing consultants but you should explore and decide on what options are the best for you and your manuscript. The Flint Group is confident that you will choose us based on our prices, our services, and our dedication.

Publishing Packages

We turn your manuscript into a published book.

Flint Group Publishers offers different plans to fit your budget, your service needs, and fine-tuning of your manuscript. Included in all plans is a dedicated publication manager and the 24/7 PubTrac to follow your manuscript’s timeline and deadlines. Many of us were shocked to find that when we used the large publishing consultants to publish our manuscripts, these companies did not have a written process to follow or a time frame for each step on the journey. Our team understands that our business succeeds when you can see the process.

Our personalized service and sincere desire to make sure you have a product that you can be proud of showing friends is what makes us many writers choice. Preparing your manuscript for publication involves setting up your manuscript in different types of files for the different end users. Preparing your manuscript for publication involves establishing the BISAC categories, identifying the book’s title, and purchasing a unique ISBN code.
Many websites state a 4 to 8 week turnaround, but we found they took 10 to 16 weeks or longer depending on any errors they made during the process. Our goal is to set a reasonable schedule and then be early on the deadlines.

We know the distributors take from 1 to 2 weeks to review your book and your account’s information. Our timeframe to upload your ready-to-publish manuscript is 5-11 weeks. The clock starts after we have had the initial phone call to discuss your needs, received the signed contract, and received payment through PayPal. Allowing for your time to make edits and provide elements, the time frame will change, but you can always see the adjusted schedule on PubTrac.
